What does an INVENTORY CLERK do?
The Inventory Clerk is a professional who inspects residential properties and prepares reports of their condition and contents. Every time Tenants move IN or OUT of a property the Letting Agents instruct an Inventory Clerk to check the property and to make a report (marks to doors and walls, tables, chairs, sofas, beds etc.)
